Domestic Short Hair-orange - Medium - Adult - Male - Cat - JASON

Volunteer Brenda Gustafson has no shortage of cats around her - neither inside her home out outside:) That being said, when she comes across a cat in need, which is more often that not, it isn't feasible for her to take them in, BUT she does make sure she looks after them until we can. On October29th however, she caught a handsome boy who was wounded, sporting an abscess on his right side, overloaded with fleas, and just plain in need of our help. Born in the late spring of 2008, jovial 18 month old Jason looks like he may have spent quite a bit of time outdoors. Intact and as male as they come when he arrived, his bite wound was more than likely from duking it out with another male (you know how testosterone is:). Once we drained the abscess and bathed this filthy boy, what a handsome fella we had on our hands - and in them! Yup, he is like putty in your hands, loving to flop and roll, begging for belly rubs and ear scratches constantly. He may have been wounded, but overall he is none the worse for wear, and happy as a clam! A big thanks goes to Brenda once again - thank goodness for you!
