I have five years experience sanding, staining & coating hardwood floors. I have both the drum & edger sander as well as other power sanders.

It is very hard to give an accurate estimate on hardwood floors as you can see from some of the pictures that I posted. (No one, even with twenty years experience would be able to honistly tell a customer how long it would take to remove the black adhesive pictured without making deep marks in the hardwood floor from scraping with 6" razor on a 3' poll). Very often the floors are uneven, have low spots & dips and have to hand sanded.

I have many references from my painting business of twenty years and four years of selling items on ebay that, "I am an honist person to do business with". Customers say, "They felt they got more then their monies worth when I was working for them".
