We bought this shaper about 15 years ago along with a jointer for a project (patterns) we were doing. It was used off and on for that project (about 10 months) it was used on another project a couple years later. I have no idea how old it is, it had been rebuilt when we bought it. There is no name tag but I have ben told it's a Northfield. We have farmed out our molds since then and the jointer has been sitting in a corner. Didn’t really want to sell in case we might need it, but we haven’t used it in at least 10 years. It’s very a cool machine, solid and true, and I still hate to sell it but I really don’t need it. The motor is a Reliance, 115/220V, 18.8/9.4 amp continous duty.
